Restaurant Opportunities

As a restaurant or caterer, your participation in the San Antonio Wine Festival provides invaluable exposure at a fraction of the cost of traditional advertising while supporting public television programs and community initiatives in San Antonio.

Benefits offered to participants:

  • Opportunity to market your business to over 3,000 attendees
  • Opportunity to distribute incentives to over 3,000 attendees
  • Listing in the event program, distributed to 3,000 guests.
  • Chance to showcase your culinary talents before for upscale consumers.

Participating restaurants will need to provide:

  • Enough sample size portions of several of your favorite menu items to serve at least 2,500 attendees.
  • Staff to serve for a 2 ½ hour period (maximum of 6 workers per booth)
  • Disposable plates, napkins and utensils.
  • A $35 Health Department fee (includes water) – the only fee associated with this promotional opportunity!
