As a restaurant or caterer, your participation
in the San Antonio Wine Festival provides invaluable exposure at a fraction of the cost
of traditional advertising while supporting public television programs and community initiatives right here in San Antonio.

Benefits offered to participants:
• Listing in the event program, distributed to
4,000 guests.

an ad in the San Antonio Express News

• Chance to showcase your culinary talents
before a large audience of upscale consumers.
• Opportunity to hand out information and
incentives to over 4,000 attendees
• Opportunity to attract new customers and strengthening relationships with your “old friends” through demonstrated community support.

official website of the San Antonio Wine Festival, with link to your restaurant’s website
(if applicable).

Participating restaurants
will need to provide:
• Enough sample size portions of several of your favorite menu items to serve at least 3,000 attendees.
• Be willing to serve for a 2 ½ hour period.
• Each participant may have a maximum of 6
workers at booth
• Disposable plates, napkins and utensils.
• A $31 Health Department fee – the only fee associated with this promotional opportunity!
